We want you to be completely happy with your Kynova purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

General Return Policy


You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for physical items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping at this time.

To start a return, simply email us at returns@kynova.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Kindly note that items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away at returns@kynova.com so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to resolving these issues as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items


Due to the nature of digital products, all pattern sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for patterns once checkout is completed.
